Leanne has been with the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce since 2017 and proudly stepped into the role of Executive Director in 2023. A lifelong resident of the UPV, Leanne comes from a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, which has shaped her deep-rooted passion for supporting the local business community and fostering meaningful connections across the region.
Leanne is especially committed to helping UPV businesses grow and thrive by leading programs and partnerships that address real needs and drive sustainable economic success. She is also passionate about working with local students, helping them discover career pathways within the region and beyond, and ensuring they are equipped with the life and workforce skills needed for the future. Through her leadership, Leanne has developed and implemented initiatives that not only enhance business visibility and engagement, but also strengthen the connection between education, industry, and community. From youth engagement programs to workforce development strategies and member support efforts, her work is centered on creating measurable impact and long-term value. She thrives on building initiatives that bring value to local businesses, empower students, and contribute to the overall well-being of the UPV community. When she's not working, Leanne enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, their three children, and their dog, Nash. |

Erin leads the Chamber’s workforce and education initiative—connecting students, educators, and businesses to strengthen career pathways and support the future of the Valley. With a strong belief in the power of education and early career exposure, Erin is passionate about helping young people discover opportunities, develop their skills, and find confidence in their future. She finds great fulfillment in fostering relationships across schools and industries, and in building programs that positively impact both students and the local workforce.
Raised in Philadelphia, Erin moved to the Upper Perkiomen Valley in 2008 with her husband and two daughters, and has been deeply involved in the community ever since. She currently serves on the board of Project Live, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing support, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families affected by mental health and substance abuse challenges. |

Chelsea Hendricks joined the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce in August 2023 as the Event and Marketing Coordinator. She blends creativity with strategy to promote the Chamber’s mission and deliver engaging events. From crafting marketing content to managing communications, she enjoys highlighting member value and community impact. She especially enjoys the planning experiences that bring people together—whether it’s a networking mixer, committee meeting, or community event—and is passionate about creating opportunities that support and elevate local businesses.
Chelsea earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern University in 2023, with a concentration in Leadership and a minor in Marketing. During her time at Eastern, she was inducted into Enactus, a global organization focused on entrepreneurial action for social and environmental impact, and Delta Mu Delta, an international honor society recognizing academic excellence in business education. Chelsea remains active in the community and regularly volunteers with her local church, particularly in children’s ministry. She is passionate about using her skills to support others, foster connection, and strengthen the local community. |
