Chamber Staff
I’m Leanne Engle—born and raised in the Upper Perkiomen Valley and now raising a family here. I’m proud to serve as the Executive Director of the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, where I get to do what I love: build meaningful connections and create opportunities that help local businesses and organizations thrive. With a background in marketing and event planning, I love curating impactful programs and signature events that bring people together and celebrate our thriving community!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, hiking, gardening, running my photography business and spending quality time with my family and friends. I’m someone who finds joy in the little things in life and believes in the power of living simply and authentically. |
Erin leads the Chamber’s workforce and education initiative—connecting students, educators, and businesses to strengthen career pathways and support the future of the Valley. With a strong belief in the power of education and early career exposure, Erin is passionate about helping young people discover opportunities, develop their skills, and find confidence in their future. She finds great fulfillment in fostering relationships across schools and industries, and in building programs that positively impact both students and the local workforce.
Raised in Philadelphia, Erin moved to the Upper Perkiomen Valley in 2008 with her husband and two daughters, and has been deeply involved in the community ever since. She currently serves on the board of Project Live, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing support, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families affected by mental health and substance abuse challenges. |
