Ambassadors Council

Welcomes new members and encourages stronger involvement of the full membership. As designated ambassadors at Chamber functions, Council members make introductions, cultivate relationships, and pursue networking opportunities.

Business & Education Alliance

Initiates and strengthens partnerships between schools and businesses. The Alliance organizes and plans Ace the Interview presentations, Career Day, and Job Shadowing at Upper Perkiomen High School. The Alliance is also responsible for the November general membership breakfast/luncheon. Meets from September through May.

Community & Business EXPO Committee

Plans and organizes the Expo which is held in the spring. Meets from January through May.

Golf Outing Committee

Plans and organizes the annual UPVCC Golf Outing and Clambake held in September. Meets February through September.

Intermunicipal Council

Sponsored by the Legislative Affairs Council, this group encourages dialogue among municipalities and business leaders to broaden views and enhance awareness on business issues that will impact our communities. In addition to the members of the Legislative Affairs Council, the following municipalities participate: East Greenville Borough, Green Lane Borough, Pennsburg Borough, Red Hill Borough, Marlborough Township, Upper Hanover Township, Hereford Township, Milford Township, Lower Milford Township, Upper Milford Township.

Legislative Affairs Council

Meets monthly with local, state, and national elected representatives and/or staff to discuss legislation and governmental regulations affecting the business community. The Council sponsors informational forums with candidates for elected office. As an advocate for business, the Council hosts Intermunicipal Council meetings 3-4 times a year to learn about local business development and to encourage dialogue among municipal representatives.

Program Development Committee

Meets monthly to plan, coordinate, and evaluate monthly breakfasts/lunches, seminars, business card exchanges, and other networking opportunities.
